Designed by Haisum headquarter, constructed by China light industry construction company, supervised by Qinxin supervisor company, Shandong Asia Pacific SSYMB Pulp & Paper Co. an annual output of 300000 tons of liquid packaging board line and an annual output of 120，000 tons of quality paper for living line started in construction on December 18, 2012. Qi Yongyi, vice president of Haisum, attended the opening ceremony as invited guests.
