The on-the-spot meeting of China Haisum Shareholders Meeting 2015 was held in Conference Room 5101 at No.21, Baoqing Road, Shanghai at 2:00 p.m. on June 20, 2016. This shareholders meeting was realized by combining on-the-spot voting and online voting.

The Meeting was convened by the directors, chaired by Mr. Yan Xiaojian, chairman of Haisum, attended by directors, supervisors and senior executives, and witnessed by the lawyers from Grandall Law Firm (Shanghai). The 10 shareholders/their agents attending this shareholders meeting held 270,298,482 voting shares, which accounted for 65.4099% of the Company's total voting shares.

The Meeting deliberated and passed 25 proposals, including the Proposal on Private Equity Placement Program of the Company, the Work Report of the Board of Directors for Year 2015, the Annual Final Account Report 2015, the Preliminary Plan 2015 for Profit Distribution, and the Annual Report and Summary 2015.
