The architecture, structure and cost committees under China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. convened the annual technology exchange meeting respectively in Beijing and Changsha in period of October 19-29, 2016. 24 members of the 3 committees from the head office and its eight subsidiaries attended the meeting.

        At the meeting, the three committees presented excellent cases of EPC or design respectively based on established agenda of disciplines, deliberated specialty-specific knotty technical issues, shared each company's managerial experience in technological uniform specification and professional technology quality, and discussed and studied the technological difficulties encountered in newly released specifications and projects. Added to this, the committees also shared their experience in BIM technology application, prefabricated construction implementation and green building design etc. in various manners based on the requirements raised at technology quality meeting of China Haisum and the technological development trend of construction industry; the committee of cost communicated about judicial expertise of project cost.

        Despite the short duration, this fruitful meeting has made remarkable achievements thanks to each committee's getting well prepared: A total of 38 cases were presented; 15 techno-economic indicators for project cost were collected; the committee of architecture also reviewed and approved the technical document entitled Guidelines for design of construction drawing (proof edition)".

        After the meeting, relevant committees organized technical trainings and interactive communication with professionals of local subsidiaries for more extensive application and popularization of technological achievements.
