China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. convened its annual working conference 2018 on April 17-18.

In his work statement, Chairman Xu Datong systematically reviewed and summarized the operating performance and the completion status of various key assignments of the Company for year 2017. In 2017, China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. obtained an operation revenue of RMB 4.199 billion and realized a profit of RMB 246 million, 64% up on year-on-year basis. The value of new contracts was RMB 5.853 billion. The Company was included in the ENR (top 60 engineering design enterprises in China) list (ranked 30th, 14 up as compared with year 2016) for the 14 consecutive times; the engineering project management and the value of contracts for EPC finished ranked 9th and 35th in the survey & design industry of China. The Company made comprehensive progress in project assessment, patent award, industry and overseas development, cost cut & efficiency improvement, safety control and CPC building, etc., and the development quality was steadily improved.

Chairman Xu Datong gave some directives to key assignments for year 2018. First, comprehensively fulfill the production targets for year 2018; second, accelerate and promote the building of international platform and investment & financing platform of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd.; third, get done with top-level design, and study & implement new development strategies; fourth, push forward the "three institutional reforms"; fifth, comprehensively start the increase of registered capital; sixth, conduct propagation and implementation of the gist of the Nineteenth Party Congress, and make steady and solid progress in CPC building. President Xu stressed that China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. was in a key period of transformational development, and was faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Hence, the Company has to constantly enhance "the Five Priorities" and build a cohesive, efficient and pragmatic leadership team of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd.; it's essential to promote business connection & integration for safeguarding the overall interests; it's important to enhance various trainings, improve the investment & financing capabilities and business competence in their entirety, and take full advantage of the pilot for the three reforms to break the bottleneck and promote rational development.

At the conference, Chairman Xu Datong and the principals of local subsidiaries signed the business objective liability statement 2018, the production safety liability statement, and the liability statement for construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean government.
