On April 11, the Company obtained the Innovation Company Certificate jointly issued by Shanghai Committee of Science & Technology, Shanghai Finance Bureau, and Shanghai Taxation Administration under the State Administration of Taxation; the Certificate was issued on November 2, 2018 and will be valid for three years. It means that the Company has passed the certification for Innovation Company again and will keep on enjoying preferential policies including preferential income tax policy and preferential talent introduction policy, etc.

This certification for innovation company was based on the new evaluation criteria that was stricter than certifications performed in previous years in respect of the proprietary intellectual property rights of core technologies associated with enterprise, technology and R&D personnel, scientific research input, revenue from new high-tech products, achievement transformation, enterprise growth and other indicators for assessment. With the support of the Company’s leaders, the Technical Quality Department, the Finance Department, the Human Resources Department and other functional departments and associated production departments worked closely with each other to make adequate preparations carefully, ultimately helping the Company pass the certification and obtain the certificate successfully again.

With the title of "Innovation Company" as a spur, the Company will keep on enhancing scientific and technological management, seek technological innovation, thereby further improving the Company's core competence.
