On November 19, An Shengjie, Assistant General Manager of Poly Group, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Poly Sinolight, Zhao Guoang, Vice General Manager of Poly Sinolight, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Haisum, and Luo Jun, Vice President of China Haisum, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Haisum GDE, along with their delegation, visited Dongfang Electric International Corporation (hereinafter referred to as DEC International). They met with Li Jianhua, Vice President of Dongfang Electric Co., Ltd., Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of DEC International, as well as Zhou Jie, Vice General Manager of DEC International, and other leaders.

During the meeting, Zhao Guoang, Vice General Manager of Poly Sinolight and Chairman of China Haisum, and Zhou Jie, Vice General Manager of DEC International, signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. Luo Jun and Du Xiaodong, General Manager of the Electromechanical Division of DEC International, signed the contract for the design and auxiliary equipment procurement of the 40MW biomass power station in Oshikoto, Namibia, on behalf of both parties. Prior to the signing ceremony, both parties had in-depth and friendly discussions on further strengthening cooperation.

An Shengjie highly praised Dongfang Electric Corporation's brand value, marketing efforts, and project execution effectiveness.
