Akzo Nobel Coating (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. is located in Dalingshan Industrial Park, Dongguan, Guangdong province, which is south to Central Park Road, and west to Stone Road. The first and second phase of Akzo Nobel coating (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. were completed in 2000 and 2003, passing the acceptance of relevant government and starting production. The company mainly provides various coatings for clients in wood and plastic industry. The gross plant area of Akzo Nobel coating (Dongguan) Co., Ltd is 66662 m2. The previous phases have been proceeded and finished integrated planning according to city planning and design condition and requirement of Dongguan Construction Bureau. The Workshop, Storage Room, Distribution Station, Fire Pump House, Hazardous Warehouse, Tankfarm, Guardhouse, Fence, Plant Office Building and some other single construction have been built in Phase I & II. As industrial adjustment of the company, influence of international financial crisis and present potential safety hazard, according to the suggestion from City Safety Inspection Bureau, the client decided to expand on existing construction project. The extension monomer includes: Woodware Research Center (new constructed), Raw Material Warehouse (reconstructed), Finished Goods Warehouse (reconstructed), Production Maintenance Office (new constructed), Tankfarm (reconstructed and expanded), Hazards Warehouse (new constructed), Fire Pump House and Pool (reconstructed), Existing Office (reconstructed), Guardhouse (reconstructed) and Bicycle Shed (new constructed). The production facilities which planned to be built in third phase were postponed and will be built in the following phases.
